Chatham Town return from a weekend off to face fellow promotion hopefuls at the Bauvill Stadium.
Chats are up against a Wingate & Finchley side who sit two places and two points below them in the Isthmian Premier Division table ahead of tonight’s clash.
Simon Cooper scored Chatham’s winning goal last time they played, on November 11, beating Whitehawk 1-0.
Manager Kevin Hake said: “The lads performed really well against Whitehawk and we deservedly got the three points.
“Games against them are always tight and it was in the first half. Second half saw us gain a bit more control and get the goal we needed to win the game.
“As I’ve said before, wins at this level are hard to come by and that game was no different.”
Chats have added some new face recently with striker Chris Dickson and goalkeeper David Azaiya joining the ranks.
“New and old players are integrating well which put us into a good place as the season progresses,” Hake said.
“We had a free weekend but we were still in training in preparation for our home game on Tuesday night.
“They have made a great start the season and sit just outside the play offs, coming off the back of beating Lewes and Margate, so they will be a real test.”
Chatham are third in the table ahead of the midweek match. Victory would close the gap on leaders Hornchurch who lead the rest by a big margin, 14 points clear of Hake’s side.
