Jamie Yila fired Chatham Town to the Isthmian Premier Division play-off final with the winning spot-kick against Horsham.
Neither side could break the deadlock in normal time but both found the net in the second half of extra-time. Kareem Isiaka struck in the 106th minute for Chatham before James Hammond levelled it up six minutes later to send the tie to penalties.

Chats keeper Mitchell Beeney missed a penalty for Chatham in the shootout but went from villain the hero as he saved twice before Yila scored to win it 4-3.
Enfield Town beat Wingate & Finchley 1-0 in the other play-off tie of the evening, to book their place in Monday’s promotion final at Chatham.
Chats had only recently been beaten 3-1 by Horsham in the league so knew the challenge they were facing on Wednesday night. A capacity-crowd of 3,000 were at the Bauvill Stadium to watch.
Just three points had separated the teams in the final league table.
Horsham looked to get at Chatham from the off but it was the hosts who had the ball in the net early on.
Jack Evans played in Bradbury, who finished well with 10 minutes on the clock, but the flag went up for offside.
The early pressure from the visitors failed to trouble Chats keeper Mitchell Beeney, making a routine save from Harvey Sparks and watching Hammond’s effort clear the packed home end.
Referee Jake Hillier issued a flurry of early cards, including a 15th-minute booking for Miguel Scarlett for not taking a throw quickly enough. Jordy Robins and Evans both went into the book within the first 35 minutes for fouls.
Chatham managed to slow the tempo by knocking the ball around but Horsham remained threatening, with Hammond crashing an effort off the upright and Danny Baker’s follow-up shot saved by Beeney.
Isiaka almost got in on goal shortly after that scare when Horsham keeper Lewis Carey challenged him near the edge of the box but the Chatham player was unable to get a shot away.
Hammond bent a free-kick narrowly wide just before the break after referee Hillier blew for a foul committed by James Dunne - one of many decisions against Chatham to the irritation of the home fans.
Chatham hadn’t been at their best in the opening half but went into the break goalless.
An early second-half opportunity for Chats came after Philpot shoved Yila off the ball and he fired well over the bar after the resultant free-kick from Evans was cleared into his path.
Substitute Chris Dickson shot off target for Chats with 20 minutes left as the match remained in the balance.
Beeney had to make a good save to deny Reece Myles-Meekums moments before Chats’ best chance of the game. Yila slid the ball across the face of goal for Isiaka who slid in but was unable to make contact.
Evans stung the hands of Horsham keeper Carey in the third of five minutes added on at the end of the 90 - the last big opportunity before the match went into extra time.
Beeney got behind Hammond’s strike in the opening moments of extra-time while Rowan Liburd missed the target at the other end. Horsham’s Charlie Hester-Cook also dragged a shot wide and Isiaka blasted over for Chats.
Isiaka finally broke the deadlock on 106 minutes as he pounced from close range to convert Jamie Mascall’s cut-back from a deep cross.
Chatham’s joy was shortlived as Hammond equalised with a fine strike from the edge of the box in the 112th minute.
Yila went down inside the box with three minutes of extra time remaining but Hillier turned down the penalty appeals. With 124 minutes played the sides couldn’t be separated and the tie was eventually settled on penalties.
The shootout took place in front of the Horsham fans. Goalkeeper Beeney blasted Chatham’s first penalty over but made up for it by saving the next kick.
James Dunne, Dickson and Evans all scored for Chats before Beeney denied Horsham captain Jack Brivio and Yila stepped up to convert the winner.
