Dartford beat a strong Gillingham XI to book their place in the next round of the Kent Senior Cup.
Former Gillingham defender Tom Wynter cancelled out Brennan Dickenson’s second half effort.
Jack Simmons then completed the fightback for National League South Dartford with a winning goal eleven minutes from time.
Both managers included first team players who had missed out at the weekend, with League 1 leaders Gillingham including captain Doug Loft in their starting XI.
Cardiff loanee Deji Oshilaja, Chelsea youngster Jordan Houghton, winger Jermaine McGlashan and experienced striker Ben Williamson were also included in the Gills team.
First half chances at Princes Park were few and far between.
Glenn Morris comfortably dealt with a Simmons chip from outside the box while home keeper Deren Ibrahim easily saved from Brennan Dickenson’s free-kick.
Former Gills striker Andy Pugh had a chance with a header but put the effort over the bar.
Morris made a save early in the second half to deny Kaka Demble but moments later Dickenson struck for the Gills.
With almost an hour gone he cut inside before firing home past Ibrahim.
Dartford levelled when Wynter, who made eight league appearances for the Gills after progressing through their academy, converted from a Golding corner with 71 minutes gone.
Eight minutes later the Darts went ahead as Simmons latched onto a ball through from Ebrima Adams before cutting in and finding the top corner.
Dajon Golding almost made it 3-1 late on but put his effort over the bar.
