Gillingham striker Tom Eaves is staying put.
The 27-year-old striker had been heavily linked with a move to Sunderland in recent days having previously been a reported target for Rangers.
While he stays, the Gills signed four players on transfer deadline day while two departed.
Incase you couldn't keep up on deadline day, incoming for the Gills are;
Forward Graham Burke from Preston North End
Winger Tahvon Campbell from Forest Green Rovers
Midfielder Leonardo Da Silva Lopes joins from Wigan
Winger Ricky Holmes from Sheffield United
and also Billy King, who joined from Dundee United on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, striker Josh Parker has joined League 1 rivals Charlton on a permanent deal while midfielder Navid Nasseri has had his contract terminated.
Arguably the biggest news, however, was that striker Eaves is to remain at the club.
Eaves, out of contract in the summer, has scored 15 goals for the Gills this season and is well on course to beat his tally of 18 which he netted during his first season at the club, having arrived on a free from Yeovil Town.
The Liverpudlian scored hat-tricks against Plymouth and Southend last season and he has netted 33 goals from 80 appearances so far for the club.
Eaves joined the Gills in the summer of 2017, having finished the previous campaign with just seven goals to his name from 48 appearances at Yeovil.
He has found goals easier to come by at Priestfield, originally under Ady Pennock where he netted three at home to Southend and the only goal of the game as the Gills beat Charlton 1-0.
His goals have continued under the management of Steve Lovell and he will now remain at the club for the rest of the season.
Beyond that is uncertain, with the club saying that Eaves is unlikely to sign a new deal, which had been put to him. It means he can leave for nothing in the summer.
But fans will now be hoping his goals will ensure the club remain in League 1 this season.
There have been departures for the Gills on what was a busy end of the transfer window.
