The draw has been made for the first round of the FA Cup.
Gillingham will face fellow League 1 side Cheltenham Town, who they have already met in the Carabao Cup this season - Cheltenham winning that tie on penalties.
National League South Ebbsfleet United, who defeated Hampton in the fourth qualifying round on Saturday, will travel to Leyton Orient, who sit seventh in League 2.
Folkestone Invicta nearly produced a major shock after racing into a 3-0 lead at Eastleigh on Saturday before being pegged back to a 3-3 draw after the break. The Isthmian Premier side know they will travel to another National League side in Boreham Wood if they can get through Tuesday night's replay at Cheriton Road.
Winless Dover finished with 10 men as they were held at home by Yate Town. The winners of Tuesday's replay will have home advantage against Yeovil Town or Weymouth in the first round.
The ties are due to be played over the weekend of Friday November 5 to Monday November 8.
Winning teams will pocket £22,629 in prize money.
Television coverage will be shared across BBC and ITV this season, the first year of a new four-year broadcast deal, with four matches expected to be shown live.
