Tunbridge Wells will host Kent rivals Rochester United in the FA Vase first round proper.
The Southern Counties East duo were paired in Monday's draw following Rochester's 6-2 win at Bexhill on Saturday. The Medway side are playing in the Vase for the first time, while Tunbridge Wells - finalists in 2013 - are just entering this season's competition.
Lordswood, who reached the fourth round two seasons ago, have been handed a home tie against Knaphill of the Combined Counties League Premier Division.
Dartford-based Greenwich Borough will face Hailsham Town at Princes Park and Erith Town will entertain Banstead Athletic.
Erith & Belvedere are off to Eastbourne Town, both clubs having been relegated from the Ryman League last season, while Corinthian have drawn Hassocks away.
The draw threw up home ties for Fisher and Lingfield, against Crawley Down Gatwick and Epsom & Ewell respectively, but Phoenix Sports face a trip to West Sussex. They'll play the winners of Tuesday night's replay between local rivals Wick & Barnham United and Arundel.
The ties will be played over the weekend of November 1.
