Gillingham midfielder Josh Chambers has gone out on loan for a month.
The teenage midfielder has only featured twice for the Gills since signing a professional deal at the end of September, both of those appearances coming in the EFL Trophy.
Chambers made his league debut for the Gills under Neil Harris last season against Doncaster and was handed his first EFL start at Sunderland.
Despite injuries at the Gills to other senior midfielders, including Shaun Williams and Ben Reeves, Chambers has not come off the bench in the three league squads he’s been named in.
He was named as a starter for Worthing in their game away at Hungerford Town on Saturday. His new team are sixth in the table ahead of the weekend.
