Gillingham won the League 2 play-off final at Wembley on this day in 2009 - here’s a look back in pictures.

Simeon Jackson was the hero for the Gills that day against Shrewsbury Town as his last minute header won them a place in League 1.

Mark Stimson’s team, who had been relegated the year before, were cheered on by 35,000 fans that day and the team captain was Barry Fuller - who had the honour of lifting the trophy.
