Striker Dominic Samuel has extended his loan spell with Gillingham for another month.
The 21-year-old Reading player has agreed to remain with the Gills until January 2.
Samuel’s current deal was due to run out before the weekend, when Gillingham will be taking on League 1 leaders Burton Albion.
He made an explosive start to his stint with the Gills, scoring just six minutes into his debut, in a 3-1 win over Bury.
Samuel drew a blank in his next three games, however.
