Gillingham associate director Yvonne Paulley has died, the club have announced.
Chairman Paul Scally has paid tribute to the lifelong supporter of the club.
A club statement said: “Everyone at Gillingham Football Club is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of associate director Yvonne Paulley.
“Yvonne, a lifelong supporter, was a regular in the boardroom at MEMS Priestfield Stadium, attended every home fixture and was a popular member of the Gills family.
“She will be very much missed.”
Chairman Paul Scally said: "I am absolutely devastated to learn of Yvonne's passing.
“She was very fondly thought of by everyone at Priestfield, she loved the Football Club and was passionate about everything going on at the Gills.
"We spoke on a regular basis; always chatted before a home game and the staff were always pleased to see her.”
She leaves behind husband Dennis.
The club added: “The thoughts and condolences of the chairman, along with all staff at Gillingham Football Club, are with Yvonne’s husband, along with her close family and friends at this difficult time.”
