Gillingham have signed Navid Nasseri on a contract until the end of the season.
The 21-year-old has been on trial at the club this month and featured in the Kent Senior Cup defeat at Maidstone as a second-half substitute.
"I like to be creative and make chances for the team," said Nasseri. "I can play out wide or as a central midfielder.
“There’s a good buzz around the place and hopefully my quality can add to that.”
Nasseri has penned a contract until May and has been given squad number 37.
Nasseri, who has represented Iran at under-21 level, spent a season with Swedish side Syrianksa and has also been at Birmingham, Bury and Macclesfield.
Gills also signed Franck Moussa earlier this week to add to their midfield options.
