Ex-Gillingham winger Jordan Graham has joined Championship club Birmingham City.
The 26-year-old has signed a two-year deal with the Blues after leaving Priestfield this summer.
Graham, who joined the Gills from Wolves after a successful loan spell, enjoyed the best season of his career under Steve Evans.
He scored 13 goals and laid on nine more, alerting Championship clubs to his class.
It came as no surprise when he turned down a new deal at Gillingham in order to try his luck higher once more.
There was plenty of interest but it's Birmingham who've won the race, with the move taking Graham back to his native Midlands.
"I'm over the moon," Graham told City's website. "I'm delighted to come here, be back in the Championship and hopefully show people what I can do.
"Last season was a good year for me in terms of performance and numbers and I want to build on that now."
Birmingham boss Lee Bowyer previously tried to sign Graham when he was in charge at Charlton.
"I knew he was interested in me when he was at Charlton so when he came here, I was already thinking this would be an ideal move," said Graham.
Graham paid tribute to Gillingham and their fans last month after leaving the club.
He said: "On a personal note I can't thank you all enough for the support and love you've shown me since day one. I hope I managed to repay that with my performances this season.
"I would also like to thank all my team-mates for all the memories that have been made over this last nine months on and off the pitch. There's been some moments I'll never forget!
"Also the chairman and coaching staff. They believed in me and allowed me to express myself this year and I wouldn't have had the year I have without them!
"Gillingham is a club that I'll forever owe a big chunk of my career to and I only hope the club can really kick on next season and take it one step further. I hope we can cross paths again in the future!"
