Holcombe men bounced back from two straight league defeats with a 3-1 home win against Chelmsford on Saturday.

The Men’s Conference East side remain in seventh place after the victory, which came courtesy of goals from Dave Mathews (2) and Liam Foster.

Holcombe ladies scored eight goals in the East Women’s League Premier Division over the weekend, defeating Tunbridge Wells on Saturday and drawing with Canterbury 2nds the following day.

Jennie Hoyte (2), Lauren Osborn and Emma Holbrook scored in a 4-0 home win over Tunbridge Wells on Saturday.

Hoyte was among the goals on Sunday, hitting a hat-trick in a 4-4 draw at Canterbury 2nds. Julia Axcell scored Holcombe's other goal.
