The five Kent clubs avoided each other in the FA Cup first round draw which was made on Monday evening.
Gillingham, Dover Athletic, Maidstone United, Dartford and Margate all found out their opponents.
History repeats itself for Gillingham as they were paired again with non-league Brackley Town.
The Gills were knocked out by Brackley three years ago. They drew 1-1 at Priestfield before losing the televised replay 1-0.
Brackley play in National League North and are currently ninth in the table with two defeats in 13 games.
At the weekend National League Dover booked their place in the hat with a professional 5-0 win at Burgess Hill, who play two divisions below them.
Their reward is a trip to League 2 Cambridge United, who are in the bottom four of the table.
Whites' league rivals Maidstone also progressed courtesy of a 3-1 home win against Billericay of the Ryman League Premier Division.
Stones have been rewarded with a home tie, and they come up against Rochdale - who sit fourth in League 1.
Dartford of National League South joined the Stones in the next round after winning 3-0 at Ryman League Premier Division Tonbridge Angels on Saturday.
Tony Burman's men were also handed a home draw but it will be a familiar face as they take on National League Sutton United at Princes Park.
National League South rivals Margate are hoping to join them but will need to see-off Harrow Borough of Ryman League Premier Division in a replay on Tuesday night after a 2-2 draw in London on Saturday.
The winners will be away to Northampton, who are ninth in League 1.
First Round games will be held on the weekend of Saturday, November 5, with the 40 winners each earning £18,000 in prize money.
First round draw:
Cambridge United v Dover Athletic
Dartford v Sutton United
Gillingham v Brackley Town
