Nicky Southall stepped into the studio to record this week's KM Football Podcast - on his birthday!

The 47-year-old looked back at his four spells with Gillingham, four eventful years at Maidstone and current mission to help Dover survive relegation.

But Southall's career also took him to the Premier League with Bolton Wanderers and he shared some hilarious memories of working under Sam Allardyce.

He also revealed a bizarre encounter with Paul Gascoigne and gave some fascinating insights into both his playing and coaching career.
