Gillingham have sent keeper Tom Hadler out on loan.
The 21-year-old had been no.2 to Tomas Holy at the start of this season but moves less than 24 hours after Gills completed a deal to bring Steve Arnold to the club.
Former Dover keeper Arnold will challenge Holy for the no.1 spot.
Gills head coach Ady Pennock has been keen for Hadler to gain first team experience, which he will get with Gloucester.
