Gillingham have signed free agent Ollie Muldoon.
The 22-year-old has been on trial with the Gills for several weeks and has joined ahead of their match with AFC Wimbledon.
He has been included on the bench for the Gills against the Dons.
Muldoon recently played in a trial game, against a visiting Belgian team, catching the eye with a stunning strike.
He played right-back for the Gills that day for an hour before reverting to his more natural midfield position.
The former Charlton trainee played on loan for the Gills at the end of the 2014/15 season, making three appearances. He has also had loans at Dagenham and Braintree.
Charlton released him at the end of January, allowing him to find another club.
Gills head coach Ady Pennock had previously said there would be no more signings at Priestfield this season, but finances have been found for one new player.
