Winger Tyreke Johnson is to play non-league football next season following a short spell with Gillingham.
The 22-year-old forward initially joined the Gills on loan from Southampton in January before shortly afterwards making the deal a permanent one until the end of the 2020/21 season.
Johnson had featured regularly for the Saints’ under-23 side but struggled to make an impact with the Gills following his move to Priestfield - starting just one game in the four months he was at the club with another six appearances off the bench.
He has now agreed a deal with National League side Woking which starts when his Gills contract expires at the end of June.
The winger has already enjoyed a successful spell with Woking, playing 12 games for them in the 2019/20 season to help the club top the table at the time. His loan period was cut short because of injury.
Inbetween that spell and his time at Gillingham he briefly played in America for USL Championship side Hartford Athletic.
