Gillingham have signed former Premier League midfielder Jamie O’Hara on a two-year deal.
Dartford-born O’Hara had spells for Tottenham, Portsmouth and Wolves in the top tier of English football, before more recently spending time in the Championship with Blackpool and Fulham.
The English midfielder also represented his country seven times at under-21 level.

The 29-year-old is the 10th new addition at Priestfield this summer and will be fighting for a place in an already competitive midfield, alongside new signings Billy Knott, Scott Wagstaff and Mark Byrne.
O’Hara is looking forward to the challenge ahead, saying: "I moved back home to Dartford over the summer and I spoke to Justin Edinburgh a lot, and the move felt right.
"I know the club really well, my family have season tickets here, and I think Gillingham are a club going places.
"To get back into the Championship is what we're looking to do. I want to win trophies, and with the squad this club have got, I feel we can mount a challenge.
"I can get my head down, focus on my football and be happy."

O’Hara made 39 appearances for Fulham last season, and scored one goal. He will wear the number four shirt for the Gills; the club are currently awaiting clearance from the EFL as to whether O'Hara can be selected for Saturday’s game versus Bury.
"Once again, we've brought a player of Premier League quality into the club," said boss Edinburgh. "We've said this summer that we've wanted to strengthen the first-team, and not merely the squad, and I think this signing is again testament to our work.
"Thanks again to the chairman, who has worked hard on securing Jamie's signature, one that will be a huge boost to everybody at the club."
