Ollie Freeman and Connor Dymond squared the match, only for Holmesdale to go back in front with another Bayford penalty.

The drama continued as Nathan Olawole made it 4-4 and while Bayford immediately restored the hosts’ advantage with his hat-trick goal, Babalola’s spot-kick rescued a point for VCD.

The Vickers are two points clear of Faversham, who were without a game.

New Snodland boss Luke Jessup marked his first game in charge with a 2-1 win over high-flying Fisher.

Jessup, who’s succeeded Byron Walker as manager, saw his new side trail at the break to a Kesna Clarke goal.

But Tristan Lock levelled and Stanley Oldfield scored the winner as Snodland moved three points clear of the bottom two, denying Fisher the chance to go second in the process.

Hollands & Blair moved out of the relegation zone, at Lordswood’s expense, after an impressive 3-0 home win against fifth-placed Punjab.

All the goals came after the break, with two-goal Sam Bailey scoring either of Kian Scott.

Blair had Murisiku Batula sent off in added time after picking up a second booking.

Lordswood dropped into the bottom two after losing 2-1 at home to fellow battlers Bearsted.

Bradley Jeffrey gave Lords an early lead but Jesse Darko levelled from the penalty spot before half-time and Sam Flisher scored an 83rd-minute winner.

Fourth-placed Larkfield & New Hythe lost 3-2 at home to Rusthall.

Goals from Ross Ibbertson and Harvey Welford gave the Larks a 2-1 lead but Charlie Clover’s double, including an 89th-minute winner, won it for the visitors.

Corinthian produced a stunning late fightback to win 3-1 at Stansfeld and move up to sixth place.

Rob Hughes gave the hosts a half-time lead and that’s how it stayed until the 85th minute, when Oscar Housego levelled.

Henry Arnold put the Hoops in front on 89 minutes and Oscar Webb added an injury-time clincher.

Corinthian move above Glebe, who needed an injury-time equaliser to draw 2-2 with Sutton Athletic.

The Foxes led through Jamie Philpot but trailed to goals from Billy Muckle and Taylor Fisher before Reggie Rye struck at the death.

Whitstable moved up to 12th after inflicting Kennington’s first defeat since October - 3-0 the final score.

Josh Oliver scored in either half, sandwiching an Ashdon Day goal, as Town followed last weekend’s FA Vase success with a strong home performance.

Bottom side Lydd are seven points from safety, albeit with four games in hand, after losing 2-0 at Erith & Belvedere.

The Lydders had Connor Tilley sent off before half-time and conceded twice in the last 11 minutes.

Danny Lear and Ryan Fowler were the scorers.

Tunbridge Wells bowed out of the FA Vase on penalties following a 2-2 draw at Crawley Down Gatwick.

The third-round tie was switched to Crawley’s ground, with the Culverden pitch still unplayable following two postponements.

Wells trailed to an early Josh Alder strike but turned the tie around with goals from Regan Corke and Jack Walker.

Lewis Gould levelled 10 minutes from time and Crawley Down advanced 5-4 on spot-kicks.
