The feeling of beating a Premier League team was amazing.

I was in a bit of pain at the end of the Watford game after a couple of injuries but I wasn’t that tired.

I got bandaged up after a head injury and I’m not sure if it was a Watford player or Josh Pask I collided with.

With a minute of normal time left I then came down on my ankle and was in some pain. I didn’t realise we had already used our three substitutes and that meant another 30 minutes.

We showed great character to beat Premier League opposition – and off the back of last Saturday’s league defeat at Scunthorpe.

There was only one change from the side against Scunthorpe and the manager always believes in his players, I have always said that. He picks the team he thinks is going to win.

Regardless of what happened at the weekend he believed that team he picked at Watford could win and we did the job for him.

We lined up with Josh in between myself and Max Ehmer and were able to help him a lot. He is definitely one for the future.

All three of us complement each other. Josh does a fair bit of talking. He might not be loud but when he speaks he knows what he is saying and the more he plays the more he will come out of his shell.

Watford’s ground was nice, there was plenty of room in the changing rooms, but the boys didn’t get distracted by where we were playing, we just went about our business as normal and did what we normally do out on the pitch.
