Why not join eggheads across the district and join the battle of the brainteasers this Friday at the epic 10 anniversary KM Big Charity Quiz.

The wine and wisdom style event starts at 7pm at the Stour Centre, Ashford and will see 40 teams go head to head for the KM Big Quiz trophy and a place in the final.

Proceeds will go to towards the Guide Dogs for the Blind, Kent MS Therapy Centre and Walk to School projects in the district.

A prize packed raffle includes classic toys and collectables donated by Hornby and one lucky quiz-goer will be asked an on the spot quiz question worth £100 in cash.

Organisers are hoping for a record breaking night with Barclays bank doubling the money raised on the raffle and the Shepherd Neame charity bar. Other supporters of the event include Hallett and Co, Specsavers and HR GO.

The top teams will be invited to the Big Quiz champions quiz final in January where they will compete against the brainiest teams from the Canterbury, Maidstone and Medway heats staged earlier this year.
