The aptly named HR GO will be providing runners to take care of quizzers' needs at the extra special KM Big Charity Quiz.
Employees from the recruitment agency in Ashford will collect completed quiz forms, help to run the raffle and charity bar, and perform other tasks as needed on the night.
The 10th anniversary event is being staged by the KM Charity Team on Friday, October 16 at the Stour Centre, Ashford.
Branch manager Tony Lock said: “The Big Quiz is always such a fantastic, fun packed way to support good causes within our local community. Come and join us, raise some money and have a cracking night out too.”
Colleague Carly James added: “You’ll see some of my temps helping out around the venue so if you need a pen give them a shout - they won’t give you any answers though I’m afraid!”
Now in its 10 year the Big Quiz will raise much needed funds for Guide Dogs for the Blind and child road safety services.
Participants can take advantage of the charity bar provided by Shepherd Neame and try their luck in the raffle to win top prizes including classic Hornby collectables.
One quiz-goer will be picked at random to answer an on the spot quiz question for a £100 cash prize.
Event organiser Dominic Comins of the KM Charity Team thanked HR GO for their support and urged quiz teams to book without delay.
“Make sure you don’t miss out on our extra special anniversary KM Big Quiz and see what surprises we’ve got in store,” he said.
The Big Quiz is also supported by Specsavers, Barclays bank and Hallett and Co and will be hosted by the Stour Centre, Ashford.
