Islanders walk for Jade

Two friends have organised a charity walk to show support for Jade Goody.

Zara Caetano and Tiffany Cormack are doing a pub walk from Sheerness to Minster this Sunday.

They are leaving from Sheerness train station at 1pm and will be in fancy dress.

The friends hope to raise money for Jo's Trust, which is a cervical cancer charity.

Jade Goody was diagnosed with cervical cancer last year, which then spread to her bowel, liver and groin.

According to national media, doctors have told her there is nothing more they can do.

Zara and Tiffany said they are raising the money because they are fans of Jade Goody and feel it is important to raise awareness of cervical cancer.
