More than 300 participants will be caught red handed, yellow bellied or possibly in the pink for the family friendly KM Colour Run this Sunday (June 7).

Charity fundraisers, families and friends will be showered with vivid shades of coloured powder during the 5km fun run being staged at BayPoint sports and leisure club, Sandwich.

The event will not be timed so participants can complete the course at their own pace with each receiving a medal at the finish line. Children are welcome to take part.

The booking price is £15 inclusive of limited edition KM Colour Run t-shirt, sunglasses and a small bag of coloured powder to throw during the event.

Run for fun or to raise sponsorship for any good cause or charity.
