An important partnership between two leading educational providers has been established.
KidZania, the London children’s education experience centre, is teaming up with the KM Charity Team to support and promote excellence in teaching. Jack du Pille will join the judging panel of both the Kent Teacher Awards and Sussex Teacher Awards. The company will also support the literacy, road safety, and green travel initiatives the KM Charity Team deliver to more than 250 primary schools in Kent, Sussex, and south London.
Designed for children aged four-14, KidZania blends learning and reality with entertainment. During a four-hour experience, children can independently choose from a number of real-life activities and test their skills in a variety of professions.
Based in Westfield London, KidZania is also examining ways to help support and develop the KM Charity Team’s planned event for the capital – London Teacher of the Year Awards, which will go live for nominations in 2019.
Simon Dolby, chief executive of the KM Charity Team, said he believed the collaboration would prove to be an important strategic partnership.
