Charities, PTA groups and good causes in Kent and Medway can learn about grant fundraising at a KM Charity Team training day in September.
Aimed at the voluntary sector, this course is perfect for people who are new to grant funding.
The KM Charity Team has an extremely strong record in applying for grant funding, and team members will be sharing their tips for success.
The training will take place at the team’s Whitstable offices on September 18, and will be delivered by KM Charity Team deputy chief executive Rebecca Smith, who helped bring in more than £1m of contracts for her previous employer, Social Enterprise Kent.
Rebecca said: “I have picked up a lot of valuable insights about the secrets of successful grant fundraising over the course of my career in the charity sector, building up a handy toolkit of approaches to unlocking funding streams.
“I’d love to share our experience with good causes at the training day, and to be able to play a part in helping them achieve their important goals and objectives.
“So if you’re looking with professional help with your grant fundraising efforts, please sign up for our course today.”
The training will take place between 9.30am and 12.30pm at the KM Charity Team offices at 10 Estuary View, Whitstable.
The course costs £60, and the price includes tea and coffee at welcome and break, and a sandwich platter lunch. To take advantage of a special £15 discount, use the discount code KMNEWS18.
