Fundraisers can make a splash for charity at the KM Assault Course Challenge.
The event’s organisers are promising lots of muddy fun for almost all ages and abilities.
Fowlmead Country Park has once again agreed to host the popular challenge, which sold out fast last year.
Margaret Smith of Fowlmead Country Park said: “We are pleased to host the KM Assault Course Challenge for its second year after such a popular and fun first event.
“It’s good to see so many staff from local businesses and volunteers from charities giving up their time to support good causes that are dear to them.”
Dominic Comins of the KM’s charity department said: “There are 19 fun obstacles including water jump, tyre wall, balance beams and rope walk. You don’t need to be super fit to take part but be prepared to get muddy!
“Last year’s teams raised £9,000 for charity so that’s the target to beat.”
Participants can raise money for any good cause of their choice and there will be team prizes for the most money raised and the best fancy dress.
The biggest individual fundraiser will win £250 to spend at Bluewater shopping centre.
To book a team of up to six people, visit www.kmcharitychallenge.co.uk and use the code KMAC14DL to receive a £12 discount. Participants must be 14 years or older.
Funds raised will be shared between participants’ chosen charities and the KM’s road safety work for children.
The KM Assault Course Challenge, which is sponsored by Fairweathers Solicitors and London Fancy Box, takes place at Fowlmead Country Park on Saturday, October 4.
