Brainboxes looking to test their general knowledge have just a single month left to secure their place at the Maidstone Big Charity Quiz.
The giant wine and wisdom evening is now in its 11th year, raising some £30,000 for good causes across all four heats annually.
Teams of eight are required to participate, and a broad range of ages is recommended in order to thrive in each round.
Attendees at the quiz will benefit from a generous triple offer which includes an alcoholic or soft drink upon arrival, a bottle of table wine for each team, as well as a £10 discount when booking your table online.
Staged at Maidstone Leisure Centre on Friday, June 24th, teams can apply booking code MAID16 at www.kmbigquiz.co.uk to reduce the cost to less than £7 per head.
Key partners Barclays Bank will be supplying their pound-for-pound matching service, doubling all money raised for charity on the night. Shepherd Neame will also supply a charity bar offering an assortment of refreshments for great prices.
Quizzers will also enjoy a selection of individual prize opportunities on the night including the Win in 10 Challenge, Heads or Tails, as well as a large charity raffle offering a wealth of gifts.
The top three teams at the Maidstone heat will be invited to take part in the Big Quiz County Final at the beginning of 2017, facing off rival quizzers from the Canterbury, Medway and Ashford rounds.
Dominic Comins, events manager at the KM Charity Team which organises the event, said: “With just a month to go until the Maidstone Big Quiz, now is the time to gather your group and put your collective minds together. The charity fundraiser always serves up a fun-filled evening which is both affordable and rewarding. We look forward to putting your general knowledge to the test!”
Organisations backing the Maidstone Big Charity Quiz include Barclays, DSH Day, Smith and Hunter Chartered Accountants, Shepherd Neame, MHA MacIntyre Hudson and Qube Recruitment.
