A health charity will receive a much-needed boost from the Ashford heat of the KM Big Charity Quiz.
The quiz takes place at the Ashford International Hotel on Friday, June 21, with Kentish Express charity of the Year the Stroke Association being among the good causes set to benefit.
Event coordinator Dominic Comins said: “The Stroke Association does vital work, providing specialist support, funding cutting-edge research, and campaigning to help the thousands of people affected every year in the UK by stroke.
“It’s such a worthy cause, and I’m delighted that it will benefit from this year’s Big Quiz.
“So I would urge people to register teams for the Ashford heat now.
“By doing so, you will not only have a great night out at what is one of the biggest and best wine and wisdom events in the county; you will also help bankroll this extremely important charity.”
The quiz, which is supported by Specsavers, Ashford law firm Hallett and Co, Barclays, Shepherd Neame, Office Angels, Independent Music Productions, Hornby and Eurostar, is open to teams of up to eight people. The booking price is £65 per table, but there is a £10 discount when using the discount code KMNEWS19.
Also taking a share of the charity pot will be KM Charity Team services supporting child literacy and road safety, plus one charity chosen via prize draw.
