RUNNERS are needed to take part in a 10k race in aid of the £50million Save Canterbury Cathedral Appeal.
Appeal fund-raisers are looking for supporters to compete in the British 10k London Run on Sunday, July 6.
The event, which attracts people of all abilities, is now in its eighth year.
Starting at the Hard Rock Cafe at Hyde Park Corner, runners will pass some of London's most famous landmarks including Trafalgar Square, the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye.
Runners for the Save Canterbury Cathedral Appeal will receive a fund-raising and training pack, a running vest, a personal online sponsorship page with Justgiving.com, support from the appeal fund-raising team, a 10k runners' reception and souvenir certificate.
To take part runners will have to provide a registration fee of £30 and a pledge to raise a minimum of £100 (including registration fee but excluding gift aid).
