More than seventy brave souls will take the plunge at the KM’s seaside summer abseil challenge on Sunday (June 14).
And there is still time to book your place and raise sponsorship for your favourite good cause.
A team from Holiday Extras will be among the daredevils beating the drop for charity at Leas Cliff Hall, Folkestone.
Matt Pack, CEO of Holiday Extras, said: “I love that our guys are so committed to helping to raise money for charities - they are always up for a challenge!”
Supporters and well wishers are welcome to watch and cheer as the abseilers descend the balcony of the Channel Suite.
Organiser Dominic Comins of the KM Charity Team said: “This is the busiest abseil in the area for a few years - it must be the fantastic view over the sea on the descent. Anyone that has never abseiled before will love this event.”
The challenge is organised by the KM’s charity department and supported by Holiday Extras, BayPoint Club and Over the Edge Adventures.
No previous experience is needed and participants can raise sponsorship money for any charity or good cause of their choice.
Book in advance at www.kmcharitychallenge.co.uk using the discount booking code FOLK15 or turn up on the day and pay £30 to take part (subject to availability).
