There’ll be plenty of razzle dazzle at this year’s KM Big Charity Quiz on Friday, March 27.
The popular wine and wisdom style event will have a new venue, a celebrity host, and a big cash prize to be won.
The Big Quiz is being staged in the Stanley House Ballroom of the St George Hotel in Chatham for the first time.
Roland Stanley, general manager of the hotel, said: “It is a privilege to be hosting this year’s Big Quiz and as a quizzer I am looking forward to seeing the brightest minds in the area in the heat of battle.
“It will be a great night out and whether you come first or last I am sure that everyone in the Medway towns will enjoy the quiz.”
Sharing the question master duties with Simon Dolby of the KM Charity Team will be Bucks Fizz singer Cheryl Baker who will host the entertainment round.
A delighted Mr Dolby said: “Adding a touch of celebrity to such a major charity event will make the KM Big Charity Quiz extra special.”
All quiz-goers will receive free entry into a prize draw to win a PO Ferries voucher, free drink on arrival and free ploughman’s supper included in their booking.
One participant will be selected at random to answer an on the spot quiz question correctly to win £100 in cash.
