You can help people with Multiple Sclerosis by booking a place at the KM Big Charity Quiz.
The Kent MS Therapy Centre will be dishing out ploughman’s meals on the night in return for a share of the charity pot.
This year marks the organisation’s 30th birthday as well as a move into new purpose built premises.
Fundraising manager Helen Wathen said: "The new centre will provide therapies to alleviate some of the symptoms of MS such as hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, reflexology and body massage as well as counselling, acupuncture and other specialist clinics.”
She added: “We rely entirely on donations and fundraising events to run the centre. Events such as the KM Big Quiz really help our charity not only in terms of financial support but it enables us to promote our wonderful centre to the people of Kent."
A quiz team of up to eight costs £65 and this includes ploughman’s meal, drink on arrival, bottle of wine on the table and free entry into a draw to win a P&O Ferry ticket.
One quiz goer will be picked out of the hat to take on the KM Cash Builder and try to win the £500 top prize. If they don't get the answer right someone else will be selected and so on until the money is won.
Sponsors include Barclays, Shepherd Neame, Specsavers, Hallett and Co and McDonald’s.
The KM Big Quiz is being held at the Stour Centre on Friday, October 10. Visit www.kmbigquiz.co.uk to book and enter the code ABQEB14 to get a £10 discount.
