With just a fortnight to go until the Canterbury heat of the KM Big Charity Quiz, now is the time to secure your team and table.
The giant wine and wisdom evening has raised thousands for good causes across the county, and this year some tremendous charities are set to benefit from the challenge event.
Kentish Gazette’s charity of the year Pilgrims Hospice in East Kent will receive money raised, as well as The League of Friends at Kent and Canterbury Hospital who are celebrating a decade of involvement with the Big Quiz this month. Road safety services for school children across the county will also claim a share of funds raised.
Booking is open for the quiz which takes place on Friday, April 22 at the University of Kent’s sports hall and requires teams of eight to take part.
With tables costing as little as £65 per team, plus an additional £10 discount when using booking code CANT16 online, that means a fantastic night out costs less than £7 a head.
Participants will enjoy a complimentary drink on arrival as well as table wine and a selection of delicious nibbles. Individual prizes are available during the evening, plus a charity raffle offering an array of great prizes.
Key partners Shepherd Neame will provide a charity bar, whilst Barclays will double all cash raised.
