If you are going anywhere near the ski slopes of Val D’Isere watch out for Phillip Goddard and his unusual attire!
The Canterbury businessman is undertaking a charity challenge to raise awareness and money for Cancer Research UK.
Mr Goddard, director of Regal Estates, has promised to ski down the slopes wearing just a pink thong.
Father-of-one Mr Goddard, 42, said: “It was a drunken dare which I accepted.
“I promised to ski down the mountain if I raised £500 in sponsorship, and I have already raised £560, so I am definitely doing it.
“My only worry is whether I can do the run without breathing, as my outfit is rather unforgiving and I need to hold in my stomach!”
Mr Goddard has his own special reason for supporting the charity, as his sister Susanne, 49, has recently received treatment for ovarian cancer.
He said: “Our mother also had the same cancer, and I hope that this will not only raise funds, but raise awareness too.”

He is due to complete the challenge on Monday.
