WARD HOMES and Hillreed Homes have officially handed back Village Park to the parish council and residents of Iwade village. The Mayor of Swale, Cllr Brenda Simpson, officiated over the proceedings along with chief executive of Ward Homes, David Holliday.

Ward Homes says the village is a "shining example" of the company's commitment to building a community, with more than 1,000 new homes planned, together with a range of new and improved facilities.

LANDLORDS and tenants in Tunbridge Wells can now benefit from new services through Martin & Co.
