Millwood Designer Homes is holding a Homebuyer Weekend at its St Augustine’s Park development in Westgate-on-Sea this Saturday and Sunday when buyers can chat to sales staff about the range of incentives on offer at the development.

The company, which is working with the New Homes Mortgage Helpline, can offer a mortgage on all its homes including a fixed rate of 4.99 per cent* to buyers reserving at St Augustine’s Park. Other incentives include part exchange and mortgage incentives.

Prices at the development, which is a collection of Kentish-inspired cottages, Georgian-style townhouses and Edwardian-style homes, start from £175,000 and there are one and two-bedroom apartments and three, four and five-bedroom homes available.

One couple who have bought at St Augustine’s Park are Marcel and Samantha Hurst, who bought a mews home at the development.

Samantha said: "Our new home looks and feels like a pretty cottage even though it’s brand new," said Samantha.
