The open weekend at Allhallows Park, Allhallows-on-Sea, on Saturday and Sunday, September 20 and 21 presents an opportunity to taste park living.
Owned by major park management company Britannia Parks, Allhallows offers residential park homes for sale to people of all ages. There will be three homes on show during the weekend with prices ranging from £119,950 for a single-storey fully furnished park home with 44ft x 14ft footprint, to £165,000 for a luxurious park home with footprint of 40ft x 22ft.
People have often sold their bricks and mortar home, releasing considerable equity in the process. They can look forward to a financially secure future in a safe and secure park environment with like-minded neighbours.
Allhallows at Allhallows-on-Sea, near Rochester, has an enviable seaside setting and is near to schools, shops and bus routes. Most homes are served by mains gas while Tarmac roads, street lighting and on-site park management characterise the park.
Each home has a garden and pets are welcome. There is capacity for 147 park homes.

Britannia Parks Group, founded in 2005 by directors Michael Prideaux and Graham Maguire, owns 20 holiday and residential parks primarily in the southern and eastern regions of the UK. Most people resident in park homes are heading towards or reaching retirement and many have sold a bricks-and-mortar property to buy a park home.
The British Holiday and Home Parks Association (BH&HPA) has a website listing its 2,900 member parks. See www.ukparks.com
All good parks, including those owned by Britannia Parks, adhere to the Park Homes Charter, formulated by the National Park Homes Council, BH&HPA and DEFRA.
