IN POST Office Square, Tunbridge Wells, Honeygrove Properties has created a collection of apartments that are so spacious that they could be favourably compared to that of a country house.
This select scheme of just 30 apartments and penthouses is located in the centre of the town and is within walking distance of a comprehensive range of amenities, including the mainline local rail station.
The development is the result of Honeygrove’s refurbishment of the old post office building, combined with sensitive new build. The apartments range in size from 1,000 square feet to over 3,300 square feet, and are arranged around a landscaped courtyard garden.
Conrad Payne, Honeygrove’s head of sales and marketing said: “Residents at Post Office Square can benefit greatly from the convenience of urban life. The development is less than a two-minute walk from the railway station, which provides frequent and direct trains to London Charing Cross in 45 minutes, and Canon Street in less than 50 minutes. Residents can spend their time in the town’s variety of shops, bars and excellent restaurants, all within just a few minutes on foot.”
It is not just the location of Post Office Square that is convenient. The apartments benefit from the sheltered courtyard garden, secure underground car parking and a resident steward to overlook security and maintenance of the building and garden.
The sales and marketing suite and Post Office Square’s three show apartments are open seven days a week, from 11am to 5pm, including bank holidays, and Thursday and Friday until 7pm.
