BELLWAY Thames Gateway Division has appointed an area sales manager.

Karen Malcolm, previously with Ward Homes, will be based at the Orpington office and will have day-to-day responsibility for developments in Essex and Kent.

Karen, who has 12 years experience in the property industry and lives in Maidstone, said: “It is great to join such a dynamic, successful and friendly team as the one in place here.”

In addition to current sites in Northfleet, Kent, along with Chafford Hundred and Purfleet in Essex, the Thames Gateway Division is also about to launch new developments in Swanley, Gravesend and Ashford so Karen is set for a busy time.
