ESTATE agent Mann & Co is celebrating Christmas early by offering their customers a chance to win a Vauxhall Corsa 1.2i, 16v three-door Comfort. The prize draw is open to all customers who register as vendors or purchasers up to December 14.

Customers who are in the process of buying or selling a property via Mann & Co also qualify. All these customers will receive a "lucky ticket," will and the winning ticket will be drawn out of a hat. The fortunate customer will be notified in time for Christmas.

Customers who buy and sell through Mann & Co will receive two lucky tickets. Michael Ansell, managing director, said: "All our newspaper property advertisements will promote the competition every week. It will be hard for prospective buyers and sellers to miss. It's great knowing I can now give my customers something more than a great service and excellent value for money."
