FPDSavills has promoted William Peppitt, head of the residential sales team in Cranbrook, to director.
He joined the company last year and has dramatically improved the performance of the office.
Four members of the team in Sevenoaks have also been promoted. Mark Flemington, who has been with the company more than 12 years and Paul Atherton, who joined last year, are now both directors.
Edward Jackson, a key member of the residential sales team, has been promoted to associate director and Sarah Biggs, also part of the residential team, is now an associate.
