A former vicarage is the auspicious location for 10 new apartments near the coast.
Arts and Crafts building, St George's Place, at St-Margaret's-at-Cliffe offers three floors of spacious apartments with a communal lift and stairs.
Most of the apartments have either a patio or private balcony, an extra boost in this pretty woodland location.
Six apartments remain, with prices from £220,000. The apartments were built by TG Designer Homes.
A spokesman for agent Strutt and Parker said: "Attention has been paid not only to the quality of the construction, but down to the finer details such as secure video entry, quality bathrooms and kitchens, solid oak doors, and brushed chrome light switches and sockets.
"The four properties that are occupied have attracted an older generation who are typically retired and have downsized. The apartments are also suitable as ‘lock up and leave’ second homes."
The building is within an acre of private landscaped grounds which is protected woodland with mature and specimen trees. There is a useful cycle and bin store, allocated parking and the option of purchasing a garage.
To the rear is a formal and separate kitchen garden.
The ancient Church of St Margaret of Antioch towers over the village centre where there is a general store, several pubs and restaurants as well as a primary school and village hall.
The surrounding countryside is spectacular, with cliff-top scenery and walks across the South Foreland and National Trust Land. Cycling and horse riding are popular.
The mainline railway station is nearby Martin Mill, which provides regular services to London and the Kent coast.
