The haart estate agency in Maidstone has expanded its services to include residential lettings.

The branch in King Street is now offering a range of services to landlords and tenants, from the marketing of properties for rent to showing people around, preparing inventories and drawing up contracts.

Branch manager John Wheatland said: "The market for rentals is booming with many tenants now taking on longer leases than previously. As a result we have trained members of our team to provide both lettings and sales services."

The company is a member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA), offering peace and mind to tenants and landlords alike.
