SUNLEY has introduced the Unique Price Guarantee.Under the scheme, Sunley will guarantee the price which purchasers pay for 12 months on selected homes.

Should the average property price index move downwards within a year of exchange of contracts on a property, Sunley will pay back the pro rata amount of the purchase price.
