AN EXHIBITION offering investment and relocation opportunities in New Zealand is being held at the Hilton Trafalgar, Trafalgar Square, London, between April 9 - 13.
The event is organised by Bayleys Real Estate, one of New Zealand's biggest estate agencies.
Visitors to the exhibition will be able to view a range of owner occupier and investment property.
These range from metropolitan apartments on Auckland's waterfront with indoor heated pool, gym, spa and on-site supermarket (studio prices start at £49,000), through to vineyard developments offering “hands free” investment packages in New Zealand's wine industry for as little as £90,000.
A team of mortgage and legal advisors will be available throughout the exhibition, including a senior Bayleys property market analyst as well as a solicitor and finance expert.
They will provide an in-depth insight into the legalities of buying property as well as the market conditions and investment opportunities in that country.
Property in New Zealand is very affordable to anyone buying from the UK.
There is no tax on any capital gain between the purchase and sale of a property and there are no death duties or special taxes payable, either.
A special Internet site, www.nzpropertyexpo.co.nz, has been established in conjunction with the exhibition.
