Fine homes in fine locations

PROWTING Homes South East recently had their best sales week for the past six months with a total of 18 homes sold across the region.

“We had at least one sale from each of our nine live sites which is quite an achievement,” said Gaynor Fisher, sales and marketing director for Prowting.

“We have an excellent product and some excellent locations. The buying public have made their intentions clear and it is up to us to keep our customer service levels to as high a standard as possible.

Gaynor Fisher added: “The level of interest in our sites remains high and shows no sign of stopping at this stage. More and more customers are buying off plan, or at a very early build stage, as they can appreciate waiting until a home is built before making a commitment is going to mean they are likely to miss out.”
