GRAND Designs Live London returns to ExCeL London for a fourth year. This year it will run for nine days, providing visitors with access to products, information, services and advice for their own Grand Design, no matter how big or small.
Visitors hungry to glean guidance on their own project can head to the Information Hub, sponsored by Velux, where a qualified team of specialists will offer free advice and counsel spanning all areas of design and build.
Based on a first come, first served basis, visitors have access to one-to-one half hour long sessions with some of the top industry organisations and associations, including, RIBA, RICS and 20th Century Society along with Grand Designs Magazine experts.
Whether visitors are looking for help with finding a plot, advice on the best building techniques or interior design know-how, the Information Hub will provide recommendations on topics ranging from briefing an architect and sourcing planning permission to creating breathtaking interior spaces.
The Hub is home to The Grand Designs Library, where visitors can get information and inspiration from every TV house that has ever appeared on Grand Designs, and free seminars will take place.
Based on Channel 4's hugely successful Grand Designs series, presented by Kevin McCloud, the exhibition gives visitors six shows for the price of one.
The show runs from May 3-11, ExCeL, London. More details at www.granddesignslive.com. Box office: 0871 230 5577.
