CLAIRE Colley must like Hillreed Homes - she has just bought her third one. She has moved into her new house at Orchard Edge, in Iwade, near Sittingbourne with husband Darren.

She said: "The first Hillreed home I bought was, in fact, eight years old. I was in my early 20s and was buying with my sister. We wanted a home with two good-sized bedrooms and because we were limited on the amount we had to spend were finding it rather difficult.

"Most homes in that price range came with one good-sized room and a box room. This particular property had two equally large bedrooms and was perfect for my sister and me."

When Claire met Darren in 1998 they began to look for a home together. Claire remembered Hillreed Homes and remembered Iwade. She said: "I realised that now the by-pass has been built there was an opportunity to buy a home that would be a good investment and I am glad to say I was right.

"We bought the last semi-detached house available and had no trouble selling it when we bought our third Hillreed home."
